Job Description:
We are looking for a AI agent Developer to join our technical team. Mainly involved in the development of AI agents and the daily maintenance and problem-solving of supply chain software products, requiring both understanding of AI agent backend development and good relational database usage skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Intelligent Agent Development: Develop intelligent agents based on large language models (such as GPT, BERT, etc.) to meet the needs of different business scenarios.
2. Agent Platform Construction: Use tools like Dify and FastGPT to build and optimize the intelligent agent development platform, enhancing system scalability and usability.
3. RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) Optimization: Leverage open - source products such as FlowRAG and LangChain to improve the information retrieval and generation capabilities of large language models.
4. Agent Frameworks: Be familiar with agent development frameworks such as AutogenAI, LangGraph, DSPy, CrewAI, and LlamaIndex, and be able to build scalable intelligent agent systems.
5. MCP Protocol and Client - Server Architecture: Be familiar with the MCP protocol and have development and integration experience with the Client - Server architecture.
6. Technological Innovation and Sharing: Keep up with the latest technological trends in the AI Agent field, write technical documentation, and promote the technological progress of the team.
7. Programming Skills: Proficiently master at least one of the languages including Python, Node.js, and Java, with good coding style.
8. Teamwork and Problem - Solving Skills: Have good communication skills and be able to quickly identify and solve problems.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proficient in Chinese and English listening, reading, and writing skills is preferred At least 3 years of python/SQL development experience.
