Title : TA AI Agent Development Intern Reporting to : VP , Global Onboarding & TA Location : Bulgaria, Hybrid Duration : 6 month s – starting October 2025 We’re looking for a motivated and curious AI Agent Development Intern to help us reimagine candidate closing and our global new hire onboarding by designing and building an AI-powered closing and onboarding assistant. This is an opportunity to blend creativity, technology, and employee experience to create a tool that will guide new Quickbase new hires through their first days, weeks, and months. What You’ll Do + Innovate and automate candidate closing – offer, background checks etc. + Design & Build: Develop an AI agent (chatbot/virtual assistant) that acts as a personalized guide for new hires. + Content Integration: Work with People Operations, HR, and department leaders to identify onboarding materials, FAQs, and processes to integrate into the AI system. + User Experience: Create conversational flows and knowledge structures to ensure the AI feels intuitive, friendly, and helpful. + Enhanced Automation & Integrations : Explore new pathways for integration across our HR tech stack, utilizing API development & basic JavaScript /HTML for message automation . + Testing & Feedback: Conduct pilots with recent hires, collect feedback, and iterate to improve performance and adoption. What We’re Looking For + Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field. + Experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., OpenAI API, L angChain , Rasa, D ialogflow ) or willingn ess to learn quickly. + Experience with Python & JavaScript. + Interest in user experience design and conversational AI. + Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and a bias for action. + Self-motivated to work independently .
