To find out more visit www.lenovo.com , and read about the latest news via ourStoryHub (https://news.lenovo.com/) . **Description and Requirements** 岗位职责： 1. 支持AI内容安全审核业务系统的核心模块的设计、开发和优化，挖掘大模型适配场景，提升运营效率； 2. 支持AI网关平台的设计和开发，确保平台在高并发、大数据量场景下的稳定运行与高效扩展； 3. 基于LangChain、Dify、AutoGen等主流框架进行二次开发，构建符合业务需求的 Agent 服务； 4. 挖掘业务场景适配自研大模型应用，通过业务数据和知识库对现有模型进行RAG增强和拓展，并对大模型应用进行运维和优化； 5. 参与技术创新项目，提出并实施新的应用方案，提升AI应用的竞争力与市场价值。 岗位要求： 1. 熟悉大模型和AI Agent开发流程，对AI应用开发有浓厚的兴趣和热情，有意愿长期从事相关工作； 2. 8年以上后端开发经验，具备良好的工程实现能力，熟悉C++、Python、Java等常用编程语言中至少一种； 3. 熟练掌握模型训推、多模态、AI Agent（单、多智能体）、RAG、智能体编排等技术框架； 4. 具备极强的探索学习能力、较强的分析问题和解决问题的能力，能够独立开展工作并落地。 【加分项】 1.有大模型评测经验优先； 2. 熟悉自然语言处理常见算法与模型，具备深度学习技术在NLP领域的应用实践。 **Additional Locations** : * China - Tianjin - 天津（Tianjin） * China * China - Tianjin * China - Tianjin - 天津（Tianjin）
