Your Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to integrate AI technology into existing and new automated systems within our production lines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and propose AI-driven solutions that enhance productivity and minimize costs. Analyze and interpret large datasets to derive actionable insights that can improve decision-making and streamline operations. Lead initiatives to design, test, and implement AI models that optimize automated machinery and processes. Provide thought leadership and stay abreast of emerging technologies in AI and automation to maintain competitive advantage. Train and mentor staff to leverage AI technology effectively, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Ensure all AI and automation systems comply with industry standards and regulations, maintaining utmost safety and quality. Monitor and evaluate the performance of integrated systems, conducting regular audits and adjustments as necessary. Your Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Robotics, or related field; advanced degree preferred. Proven experience in AI technology and automation, with a track record in developing/testing self-adaption capabilities in industrial systems, plus successful integration case studies. Strong proficiency in AI tools and frameworks, machine learning algorithms, automation software. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication and leadership, with ability to align teams on self-adaption goals. Proactive approach to innovation, with foresight in technological trends—especially in self-adaptive systems.
