岗位职责：

主导产品前端研发： 负责AI产品的前端代码编写、工程设计及整体研发工作。 架构设计与技术指导： 负责前端整体架构设计，并对团队成员进行技术指导与工作协调。 性能优化与技术攻坚： 持续优化产品性能，识别并主导解决重点及难点技术问题。 技术分享与交流： 主导团队内外的技术分享和交流活动，促进技术氛围提升。

岗位要求：

核心技术精通： 精通 JavaScript/TypeScript、TailwindCSS 等前端核心技术；精通 React 或 Vue 等主流前端框架及其实现原理。 前端生态掌握： 掌握前端开发生态中关键领域的知识（如构建工具、组件化、性能优化、安全等），并对系统化解决方案有了解或实践经验。 复杂系统经验： 具备在复杂中后台系统架构下解决相关命题（如微前端应用架构、组件化设计、BFF）的实践经验。 服务端技术基础： 至少熟悉并实践过一项服务端语言（如 NodeJS/Python/Java）。 软技能与素养： 具备强烈的责任心、积极主动的行事风格、优秀的沟通协调能力及良好的编码习惯。 加分项 (优选条件)： 在开源社区有开源项目或代码贡献经验。 具备全栈研发经验。 拥有AI领域（特别是熟悉LangChain）的实践经验。
