**General Summary:** The APP, under the supervision of Physicians, is responsible for: + Performs physical examinations of patients, assessment and treatment of injuries or illnesses for pediatric patients. + Orders and interprets appropriate diagnostic tests, such as routine laboratory, X-ray, etc. + Independent and collaborative medical management of acute and chronic conditions + Monitors the patient's course of treatment and makes appropriate referral to either a physician or specialist, as needed + Collaborates with providers and staff, as necessary to provide consistent care to patients and support to staff + Combination of outpatient in person visits as well as virtual visits + Displays a caring and professional attitude at all time as well as maintaining personal and professional growth **Schedule Details:** + Primary Schedule: Full-time Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm + Primary Location: The Village – Middleton (Practice to compete construction in 2026 + **Tentative Start Date of Q1 2026** + Opportunity to pick up additional hours when needed at other locations across Central Florida **Knowledge and Skills Required:** + Strong medical decision-making and communication skills + Enthusiastic team player + Willingness to learn + Flexible, adaptable to change **Education and Experience Required:** + Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant studies + Minimum of 5 years pediatric experience **Licensure, Certification, and Registration Required:** + Current, valid Florida APRN or PA-C license + ANCC, AANP, PNP-PC/AC, or NCCPA (or equivalent) certification + Current BLS required **Category:** Physician Services **Schedule:** Full Time **Req ID:** 146774638
