We are now looking for an Agreement Manager in Quito, Ecuador, who will be accountable for:
Overall performance of the Region agreements including agreement renewals, upselling, customer care and lifecycle services delivery during the lifecycle of the agreement. Develop the Agreement Management organization and competencies with assigned agreements Financial, operative and technical performance of the customers’ installations. Create customer value, understanding and satisfaction throughout the Region Cost to serve
Responsibilities
Build strategic partnerships with assigned customers and agreement managers. Know what is important for the customer within the region, what are their specific business drivers and how our offering can help to minimize risks in operations and performance. Identify potential issues to prevent events causing revenue losses. Make sure customer pain points are identified, and all needs are addressed quickly and followed-up. Develop the Agreement Management business in the Region including enhancement of relations with government agencies and local authorities in the region. Enforce conformance to QHES policies and procedures in the Region. Lead a team of Agreement Managers to ensure that the scope of the service agreement is delivered to the customers according to agreement, performance guarantees given are reached and that our entire delivery is following standard operations procedures and Agreement Management processes. Lead, manage, train, coach and ensure competence levels for the team of Agreement Managers. Follow up and promote employee satisfaction. Give region’s input to Agreement Management, ES road map and action plan including regional action plan, its implementation and target setting. Communicate the Agreement Management mission, vision, road map, processes, actions, tasks and targets to achieve the goals. Implement all AM / Sales related IM tools & practices including CRM, Sales funnel, Estimo, CMT, QlikView, Qlik Sense etc. Actively participate in sales and sales support. Ensure that mobilization plans are made and follow up the implementation. Demobilization plans to be made in early stage when an agreement is reaching its end. Follow up and ensure agreement performance; financial, operative and technical performance through reviews and reporting and take corrective actions. Arrange internal Audits according to the Agreement Management processes.
Requirements:
Third-level degree in engineering fields: mechanical, electrical, electronics, or related Fourth-level degree: master's or similar in projects, administration, energy, or similar Proficiency in English Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams Experience (desirable) in managing contracts and/or services in the public sector Experience in managing contracts and/or services for companies in the public sector Experience in projects related to the energy and/or oil sector
