About the Opportunity

We currently have full-time positions available at our Brookvale Concrete Plant, with shifts running Monday to Saturday and most rostered days starting between 4:00 AM and 6:00 AM. The role offers a base hourly rate of $31.03, paid weekly, with overtime at time-and-a-half after 8 hours and double time plus a meal allowance after 10 hours in a day.

Driving an Agitator is more than just transport—it’s a customer-facing role where you’ll interact with a variety of people daily, so being comfortable with new personalities is essential.

About You:

Licence: You must have a minimum of a Heavy Rigid license (essential) with previous HR driving experience (preferred)

White Card: You will have a current valid Construction White Card, or be willing to obtain one before you start

People Skills: You enjoy meeting people and having a chat when you’re onsite

Variety: You prefer variety in your work. No two days are the same when you’re driving one of our Agitator trucks

Pride in Your Ride: You take pride in the appearance of your truck. Keeping it clean and presentable is important—you are a mobile billboard for our company

Medical Check: Able to pass a pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol test (random testing is also conducted on all Heidelberg sites)

Safety: Some of our trucks have driver weight limits on their seats and seatbelts. For safety reasons, you may need to be under a specified weight for these trucks

What we offer:

Base hourly rate of $31.03 per hour + penalties, allowances & super, paid weekly
