We’re seeking someone to join our team as an Agile Team Enablement Manager. We are working on an exciting new initiative to build an Enterprise Knowledge Graph by harnessing the power of Graph and Semantic technologies to map complex application, data, and infrastructure asset relationships to facilitate data-driven insights and decision making.
Across our business divisions, as we strive to understand risk impact, optimize cost, assess business resiliency, manage change and identify opportunities - all critical to fuel the growth engine -, we need to link vast amount of data of different types and forms across heterogeneous data sources across the Firm to generate meaningful intelligence.
In the Technology division, we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities. This is a Lead Data & Analytics Engineering position at Vice President level, which is part of the job family responsible for providing specialist data analysis and expertise that drive decision-making and business insights as well as crafting data pipelines, implementing data models, and optimizing data processes for improved data accuracy and accessibility, including applying machine learning and AI-based techniques.

What you’ll do in the role:
Define and evolve Agile operating model, Program management practices, processes and tools tailored to the team needs aligned with business objectives.
Coach Team members on Agile values, principles and practices
Facilitate and support agile ceremonies when needed, especially cross-squad Teamwide ceremonies like Team wide retrospectives, roadmap planning, budget and capacity planning
Establish and track delivery and agile metrics e.g. team velocity, cycle time
Accountable for effectiveness and continuous improvement of the Team
Manage a team of scrum master’s and project managers
Support the Team Lead in various planning activities including budget planning, resourcing and hiring strategy, necessary knowledge trainings
What you’ll bring to the role:
Bachelor's degree and 8+ years' experience as an Agile Coach.
Hands-on expertise and attitude to help large teams truly adopt agile principles and practices.
A combination of program management expertise as well as customer & delivery focused mindset.
Experience with complex program management including strategic roadmap planning, annual budget planning.
Extensive experience in Application development program management with full understanding of SDLC practices.
An outstanding ability to analyze problems with keen attention to the details, apply quantitative analytical approaches, communicate effectively and concisely, and work well in cross-functional teams.
Self-starter with strong creative problem solving facilitation, communication and interpersonal skills.
