Summary: We are seeking an experienced Agile Leader to drive the design and implementation of a multi-phase engagement focused on executive communication, cybersecurity portfolio reporting, and PMO standardization. This role will lead agile-based reporting models, facilitate governance structures, and ensure delivery of key milestones. Key Responsibilities: * Agile Leader will lead the development of workflows and templates for executive communication * Implement an Agile-aligned reporting framework for cybersecurity initiatives * Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and weekly stand-ups * Define and operationalize intake, prioritization, and escalation processes for the Cybersecurity PMO * As an Agile Leader, you will deliver executive dashboards, scorecards, and governance models * Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and ensure documentation is complete
