The Accessions Information Environment (AIE) is the Army’s 21st-century talent acquisition capability, modernizing and standardizing accessions enterprise talent acquisition Army-wide. This Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) solution is a multi-network, multi-device accessible, secure solution hosted in Salesforce GovCloud+ and Amazon Web Service (AWS) Cloud Impact Level (IL) 4 commercial cloud environment. In concert with systems modernization across the enterprise, AIE will originate the Army Soldier record for management in systems downstream. AIE will deliver a fully integrated enterprise system that implements new business practices and modernizes recruiting capabilities that meet all Army manning requirements.
The **Agile Integration Lead** will assist with the development and execution of product delivery plans, roadmaps, and requirements. This role is critical in aligning cross-functional teams around a shared vision and ensuring timely, high-quality product releases that meet user needs and business goals.
**Responsibilities**
+ Develop, maintain, and communicate product delivery plans and roadmaps ensuring projects are initiated, managed, and aligned with strategic objectives.
+ Create and manage product roadmaps, ensuring transparency and alignment across engineering, design, and business teams
+ Gather, document, and refine product requirements and integration of new functionality through stakeholder interviews, user research, and data analysis
+ Monitor team velocity, delivery progress, and Agile metrics against roadmap milestones, proactively identifying risks, mitigation strategies, and adjusting delivery plans.
+ Liaisons between business and technical teams, translating requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and ensuring they are integrated into roadmap driven release cycles
+ Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and product demos to ensure delivery milestones are met and seamless integration.
+ Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, developers, and QA to ensure seamless execution, guided by delivery plans and roadmap priorities.
+ Support continuous improvement by analyzing delivery metrics and incorporating feedback into future planning cycles
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field and 10+ years of experience
+ 5+ years of direct experience in product delivery, product management, or business analysis
**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:**
+ Proficiency with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
+ Strong analytical and organizational skills with keen attention to detail
+ Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
+ Excellent verbal/written communication and facilitation abilities
+ Familiarity with software implementation life cycles and enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, etc.)
+ Strong organizational, time-management skills, able to convey information across multiple customers and corporate audiences
+ Familiarity with software implementation, enterprise platforms, and DevSecOps with delivery roadmaps and continuous integration
+ Army Accessions and Recruiting knowledge (desired)
+ Experience with Salesforce (desired)
+ Possess hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) (desired)
+ Have proven interpersonal skills and a collaborative style
+ Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
