Kforce is looking for a remote Agile Coach/Scrum Master for a client based out of Phoenix, AZ. Duties: * Lead core Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives * Support backlog refinement and sprint execution in close collaboration with Product Owners * Ensure consistent delivery and alignment with Agile best practices Coaching & Culture Building: * Coach Scrum teams, Product Owners, and other stakeholders on Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) * Foster a team culture centered on transparency, collaboration, and accountability * Tailor coaching to varying experience levels and drive maturity in Agile practices Continuous Improvement & Metrics: * Identify and remove impediments or organizational blockers to team productivity * Monitor Agile metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown charts, team health) and use data to promote continuous improvement * Lead retrospectives and improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency Cross-Team & Stakeholder Alignment: * Partner with product and engineering leaders to manage scope, prioritize work, and ensure delivery alignment * Develop templates, playbooks, and shared processes to support consistent Agile execution * Influence without direct authority to align cross-functional teams and leadership on goals and Agile practices
