What you’ll do
•Enable the organization's new way of working through hands-on coaching of Agile teams.
•Engage with Agile teams and coach them through a journey of Agile adoption. Take Agile teams and teach the skills and practices to develop self-sufficiency and maturity including how to perform key Agile ceremonies such as planning sessions and daily stand-ups and how to effectively utilize Agile artifacts such as product backlogs.
•Work closely with agile teams through product framing and discovery, including defining business KPIs, product vision, user story mapping, and other framing activities
•Enable teams to realize their mission and deliver on their KPI’s
•Identify and raise challenges and obstacles, and work collaboratively with Agilizers (agile coaches) to resolve them
•Provide input for Enterprise Agility Roadmap and execute the roadmap accordingly
•Anticipate and resolve or escalate potential blockers, e.g., resource constraints or skill gaps, that prevent the team/Tribe/Organization from doing its best work
•Observe and engage Agile Leaders to identify opportunities to improve Agile performance
•Provide continuous feedback on the operating model and practices from both prior experience and observations from ongoing implementation and coaching
•Uses techniques that increase collaboration, predictability, transparency and promote a culture of experimentation and innovation
•Conduct team level/Tribe Level/Organization Level agile maturity assessments and measurements
•Passionate about Agile principles and is excited to embed them across the organization
•Loves coaching and mentoring to adjust to and embraces change to own ways of working
•Applies innovative and creative thinking in order to solve problems and get things done
•Intellectually curious and loves learning new skills and capabilities, e.g., Agile principles
•Courageous and challenging, advising, and coaching Product Owners, Chapter Leads, Agile Team Members and Senior Leadership
•2-3 years of experience as an Agile Coach
•Experience working with agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, XP, TDD, and BDD is an asset
•Strong written, verbal communication skills &inter-personal skills both in Turkish and English
•Strong Presentation & communication skill
