Promote and align with implementation of an Agile transformation vision, roadmap, and Lean-Agile Center of Excellence (LACE) operating modelImprove the culture by incorporating Lean-Agile values and principles into existing processes across the organizationPromote and implement core metrics to optimize leadership, team, ART and business agility in terms of predictability, reliability and adaptabilityPromote a Lean-Agile mindset through the development of internal training content and agile ways of working guidance that aim to coach and train coaches, agile roles, managers, and executivesCreate, launch, and facilitate organizational learning including Communities of Practice (CoP)Assess organizational maturity around business agility providing coaching where opportunities for improvement existAct as an Agile Coach, developing RTEs, Scrum Masters, and closely partnering with the Product Manager & IT Delivery Owner to guide the agile release train
