Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

Working with the business and technology stakeholders to build and develop commodities trading applications, primarily focusing on Precious Metals and FX productsOffering production support services to Front and Middle office users, managing incidents and problems with business impact analysis and desk facing communicationBeing the business analyst from project level, gathering requirements, discussing long-term and short-term solutions with the development team, and working on the hands-on implementation for the solutionsFacilitating user acceptance tests, providing training sessions and establishing a good rapport to encourage feedback and further communicationParticipating in continuous improvement of development, test and release processes, automating manual and repetitive proceduresBeing the central contract point in Europe time zone with global users and stakeholders to develop and maintain the partnership between the business and technology stakeholdersPrompting agile manifesto, delivering business values through iterative and incremental developments
