What You'll Be Doing
Support daily operations of the quarry and plant to ensure safety, efficiency, and productivity
Implement and monitor production schedules to meet company targets, with a production volume of 1.7 million tons per year
Collaborate with plant leadership to implement process improvements and optimize production
Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime
Lead and develop team members to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in related Engineering discipline, or equivalent work experience
Five years of aggregates operations management experience
Advanced understanding of geology, mining methods, and regulations
Proven leadership skills managing multiple, diverse teams
Entrepreneurial thinking and business opportunity identification
Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle
Work Environment
This role is based in a quarry and plant setting, requiring regular exposure to outdoor conditions, heavy machinery, and varying terrain. Safety gear and adherence to safety protocols are essential.
Physical Demands
Ability to walk, stand, climb, and navigate uneven surfaces in an outdoor industrial environment
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and reaching
Tolerance for working in varying weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, and dust
Visual and auditory ability to safely operate and monitor heavy equipment and machinery
Ability to operate a motor vehicle as part of daily responsibilities
Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required at all times
