**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Train and mentor QC technicians to maintain high standards and consistency.Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to regulatory and company standards.
+ Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and support continuous improvement.
+ Diagnose and resolve customer concerns
+ Ever changing environment and daily activities working across multiple locations
+ Facilitate teamwork and communication amongst sales, operations, and QC.
**What Are We Looking For**
+ Strong understanding of construction materials testing and quality assurance practices.
+ Proven ability to lead teams and foster a culture of accountability.
+ Skilled in interpreting technical data and applying it to real-world scenarios.
+ Effective communicator with cross-functional collaboration experience.
+ Commitment to safety, precision, and continuous improvement.
**Work Environment**
This role operates in a dynamic, hands-on industrial setting with exposure to outdoor elements and production equipment. Safety gear and adherence to protocols are essential. Occasional travel between sites may be required.
