What You'll Be Doing

Train and mentor QC technicians to maintain high standards and consistency.Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to regulatory and company standards.Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and support continuous improvement.Diagnose and resolve customer concernsEver changing environment and daily activities working across multiple locationsFacilitate teamwork and communication amongst sales, operations, and QC.
