**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Train and mentor QC technicians to maintain high standards and consistency.
+ Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to regulatory and company standards.
+ Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and support continuous improvement.
+ Diagnose and resolve customer concerns
+ Ever changing environment and daily activities working across multiple locations
+ Facilitate teamwork and communication amongst sales, operations, and QC.

+ Ability to lead and support a team in a fast-paced environment.
