 Zinia leverages the technological resources and expertise of Openbank, the digital-native bank of the Santander Group, which is currently rolling out its international expansion plans. Through a simple and flexible banking model, Openbank offers customers the possibility to manage their finances on the website or app. 

Role Summary

Zinia is seeking an entrepreneurial Agentic Commerce Lead to design, build and launch our strategy around integration with the emerging agentic commerce ecosystem — where intelligent agents perform purchases autonomously on behalf of users.

This role will drive Zinia’s transformation of its checkout solution to include a plug-and-play financing infrastructure for autonomous agents, including API layers, developer SDKs, compliance guardrails and strategic partnerships with AI platforms, conversational assistants and digital wallets.

 Key Responsibilities

Define and lead the Agentic Commerce strategy for Zinia, shaping how we embed our credit products into AI-native environments (LLMs, agents, wallets).Design and launch the Zinia’s Agentic Toolkit (ZAT) — developer-friendly APIs and SDKs for integrating financing into autonomous agents and AI assistants.Serve as a cross-functional Product Owner, aligning tech, product, data, risk and compliance to bring agentic use cases to life.Lead proofs of concept and pilots with selected merchants or partners, validating real-world agent-powered financing flows.Ensure all initiatives align with regulatory standards (e.g. PSD3, AI Act, DSA) and internal policies on security, fraud and customer protection.Monitor trends and emerging technologies in agentic commerce, GenAI, autonomous transactions and developer platforms.Translate insights into actionable recommendations for executive stakeholders and contribute to Zinia´s global expansion roadmap.

Minimum Qualifications

10+ years in product, innovation, fintech, or digital transformation, ideally in payments, credit, or e-commerce.Deep understanding of AI-driven commerce, LLM agents (LangChain, CrewAI, Vercel AI SDK), MCP Model Context Protocol, A2A, API integrations and developer experience.Track record in leading cross-functional innovation projects with a mix of tech, business and legal stakeholders.Strong analytical and communication skills; comfortable translating complex ideas into clear strategies and outcomes.Working knowledge of digital payment ecosystems (checkout, BNPL, cards, tokenization, wallets).Fluent English. Bonus: Spanish. 

Nice to Have

Experience with agentic AI platforms or building conversational assistants.Prior work in a fintech, scale-up or innovation hub within a financial institution.Familiarity with secure transaction flows, biometric/passkey authentication and trust models for agent-AI.Public speaking, publishing or active participation in AI/fintech communities.
