**About the job you’re considering** As the Agentic and Generative AI Governance & Oversight Lead, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a comprehensive governance framework that ensures the ethical, secure, and compliant deployment of AI technologies across the organization. This role is central to managing operational AI activities, with a particular focus on Agentic AI systems, which require heightened oversight due to their autonomous nature. You will lead the development of scalable, policy-driven compliance programs that align with internal standards and external regulations. Your work will safeguard against risks such as bias, privacy violations, and non-compliance, while promoting transparency and accountability in AI decision-making. Additionally, you will manage the lifecycle of AI agents and partner assets, maintaining a robust catalogue of deployments and reusable design patterns.
