ABOUT THE ROLE:

The role of the Agent Engagement Specialist is to focus on building, engaging and enabling our New and Existing Blue Tier agents, Reactivation of Inactive agents and Recruitment of New Agents via tele-sales.
This role is to partner our Agents within the assigned portfolio/territory to position Study Group as the provider of choice for Higher Education delivered through our range of higher education products thus driving students’ recruitment.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Key Responsibilities:Provide product and process training to agentsPrimary point of contact for all assigned partner enquiries, providing prompt and clear responses to maximize leadsManage and expand our channels' network with a focus on depth of relationship, ensuring adherence to SLA'sGather information from partners on competitor activity, enabling greater in-market competitor awareness and analysisIdentify growth opportunitiesGeographical Scope: Turkey and UK Onshore

ABOUT YOU:Fluent in English + Native or any other foreign language will be advantageousCustomer-service orientated and consultative approach to selling.Strong positive attitudeComfortable in high-pressure environmentsExcellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organisational skills and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and targetsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamB2B or Channel Sales experience preferredKnowledge of international education systemsExperience with Salesforce.com or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) toolsCold calling experience preferred
