About the Role

Responsible for developing strategic plans at group, entity, or function level to ensure continued success of growth and profitability

•Develop Business & Sales strategy for SBA Sales Channels and supervise progress accordingly
•Analyse efficiency, identify gaps and propose improvement strategy through BDE Segmentation
•Plan, implement and lead Activation Campaign from end-to-end
•Conduct Sales performance analysis and look for opportunities to improve the business performance
•Develop Digital Channel Strategy and new sales operation model for SBA to drive Bancassurance business
•Provide sharp analysis and reinvent Go-To-Market strategy for SBA
•Responsible for other relating tasks as assigned to align with business policy and build long term business growth.
