About the Role

Lead the execution and coordination of strategic initiatives in partnership with Agency Leaders to drive performance, enhance recruitment outcomes, and exceed key business targets.

Job Responsibilities:

Strategic Recruitment Planning

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies in collaboration with Agency Leaders to achieve regional recruitment targets.

Performance Monitoring & Support

Leverage company-provided technology platforms and the Elite Academy ecosystem to track and enhance Life Planners’ performance.

Recruitment Performance Analysis

Conduct in-depth analysis of recruitment quality and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.

Distribution Optimization

Enhance productivity and efficiency across the agency force by aligning initiatives with segmentation strategies.

Field Engagement & Issue Resolution

Conduct regular field visits to gather insights, support strategic planning, and address branch-level challenges.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Operations, Agency Records, Recruitment, Compliance, Legal, and Actuarial teams to support and strengthen agency business operations.

Conflict Mediation

Serve as a liaison between the company and agency force, facilitating effective communication and resolving conflicts professionally.

Culture & Capability Building

Foster a high-performance culture and implement people systems that support sustainable business growth.

Additional Duties

Undertake other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor to support sales development and operational requirements.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.Professional insurance qualifications such as AMII, ACII, or AAII are advantageous.Minimum of 5 years’ experience in general insurance or marketing, preferably in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.Strong interpersonal skills; outgoing, resourceful, and able to engage effectively across all levels.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a creative and innovative mindset.
