Agency Sales Lead, Large Customer Sales
**Minimum qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. + 11 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree. + Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients. **Preferred qualifications:** + Experience building trusted-advisor relationships with C-level executives, and managing multiple projects, business leads, and internal stakeholders. + Experience with Google marketing products or Google measurement capabilities including Google Ads, Search Ads 360, Display and Video 360, and Google Analytics. + Understanding of the AI media and creative landscape, including cloud based solutions. + Ability to align strategies to deliver customer business outcomes. + Ability to develop joint business plans in complex, ambiguous environments, influence/collaborate across organizations, and drive business success for the customer and Google. + Excellent strategic, systems thinking and tactical thinking skills. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$231,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Learn more about benefits at Google . **Responsibilities:** + Engage and influence key decision-makers, including C-suite executives, building trusted relationships to understand their core business challenges and strategic priorities. + Partner with specialist and technical teams to drive business and data transformation at the agencies including building media buying and planning capabilities and revenue opportunities. + Build and foster long-term C-Level relationships with decision makers to be able to build and carry out long-term digital strategies and optimize their advertising investments. + Partner with sales pods on the opportunity and work together to drive product adoption and growth. + Develop and manage strategy for Joint Business Plans (JBPs) across various Google products, services, and channels, working in partnership with multiple Google sales teams.
