About the Role
To provide efficient and quality administrative support to agency, Agency Business Development Department, management & internal departmentsRoles and Responsibilities
Routine Operations
Coordinate and prepare management and business review reports periodically
-Perform agents' benefits appeals (e.g., FYC adjustment, extra 10%, Year-End appeal, etc.), including investigation with recommendations for management review and approval
Address inquiries from agencies received via email, written communication, and internal sources
Arrange meetings for GABDD and coordinate with internal departments on the required logistics
Handle agent’s related complaints as well as IA/ MPFA correspondence, etc. and liaise with Agency Business Development Teams and related departments on agency compliance related tasks/case investigation and to maintain case record and report
Participate in company agency events and special task force projects as assigned, related to agency business development initiatives and business/agency-related events
Perform job rotation when and as required
Perform other responsibilities and duties assigned by the immediate manager in order to meet business requirements.
Departmental Transformation
You are required to obtain relevant license if your job involves in regulated activities
Actively take part in departmental transformation project, review and provide recommendations to streamline and eliminate non-value-added workflows/ procedures as well as assist to establish documented workflows/procedures
Requirements
Diploma or above graduated in any discipline
Minimum 5 years working experience (3 years working experience for university graduates) in financial industries preferably in insurance field with at least 2 years’ relevant experience in agency administration and/or sales support
