Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 5 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, or business development, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
+ Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently, to engage with clients in the region.
Preferred qualifications:
+ 3 years of experience managing relationships with customers or agencies and service partners.
+ Experience in areas such as online ad sales, business-development, marketing, or consulting sales.
+ Experience in a leadership role.
+ Knowledge of Google Ads.
+ Ability to prioritize and maintain appropriate focus on details were necessary, and quickly complete a large volume of high-quality work.
+ Excellent problem-solving, communication, people management, and teamwork skills.
