About the Role
Responsible for providing operational support to distribution channel(s) to ensure smooth execution of the sales processesData Analysis & Performance Measurement (40%): Develop automation tools but not limit to reporting, processes, forms and portal based on need and analyse data to measure the performance of innovation initiatives and identify areas for improvement.Project & Portfolio Management (30%): Lead, manage and support a portfolio of digital innovation projects including working as agency innovative champion in driving best IT solutions for the business by collaborating with IT team and vendor, analyzing and completing the business and end user requirement need for system development, and providing necessary innovative support and guidance as well as solution but not limit to LPs, leaders, and management.Fostering Innovation and Data-Driven Culture (20%): Champion a culture of innovation and Data-driven within the agency to encourage new ideas and approaches.Stakeholder Engagement (5%): Collaborating with and influencing internal and external stakeholders to gain support and ensure successful implementation of digital initiativesEmerging Technology Scouting (5%): Stay abreast of new technologies, industry trends, and digital innovations to identify opportunities for the organization.
