Agency Asset Analyst Job ID 233759 Posted 15-Aug-2025 Service line Advisory Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Capital Markets Location(s) Houston - Texas - United States of America **About the Role:** As a CBRE Agency Asset Analyst, you will be responsible for performing basic support, moderate research and financial evaluations of multifamily properties, loans, and portfolios. This job is part of the Property Management job function. They are responsible for operating buildings on behalf of a client or group. **What You’ll Do:** + Act as a point of contact for departmental support. + Monitor a portfolio of small loans. Perform quarterly financial statement reports and reviews of 3rd party inspections. Present recommendations on observations to management. + Tracks loan events such as interest-only expiration, hedge expirations, and loan maturity. Review potential impacts on performance. + Provide customer service support to team and clients. Work with loan servicing companies to meet client needs and requests. Gather and organize financial statement information, property inspections, immediate repairs, and other reports for the team. + Assist with performing mandated inspections of assigned properties as required. + Performs inspections of assigned properties as required. + Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them. + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. + Impact the quality of own work. + Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. + Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding. **What You’ll Need:** + Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. + Inspection Certificate preferred. + Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. + Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems. + Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. + Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset. + Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations. **What you’ll need** + To perform this job successfully, an individual must perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information. + Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis. + Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations.
