Are you an experienced administrator with exceptional computer skills
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Administration Team based at our head office in Lydd. It is an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to introduce, develop and maintain social work and administration systems.
Reporting to the Administration Team Leader you will be expected to
- Work on and maintain admin systems, keeping all records up to date
- Administration of respite placements
- Help to organise training courses for staff, foster carers and support workers
- Maintain records for children, foster carers and local authorities
- Filing of childrens and foster carers documents
- To maintain registers of foster children and foster carers
- Maintain all foster carer review documentation
- Record and maintain foster child educational outcomes
- Organise, maintain and record accurate minutes of meetings
- Provide general support to social work staff as appropriate
- Report any omissions, errors or concerns regarding the maintenance of records to the Fostering Manager
- Organise and attend team meetings and social work meetings on a regular basis to share information
