A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Aftersales Manager to lead a busy service and workshop operation in Bury St Edmunds. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a customer-focused environment and is passionate about delivering excellence across all areas of aftersales.
Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations of the workshop and service department
Lead, support, and develop a team of Technicians and Service Advisors
Ensure all vehicle servicing and repairs are completed to a high standard
Maintain strong customer communication and satisfaction
Efficiently allocate work based on technician capabilities
Monitor service documentation for accuracy and compliance
Support training and performance development across the team
Ensure vehicles are returned to customers clean, valeted, and in top condition
