Aftermarket Sales Manager
Job Description Faststream are working with a global leader in maritime technology who are looking to hire an Account/ Sales Manager to join them in the UK. This will be a remote position with travelling to see clients across the UK/ Ireland.

Responsibilities
Drive aftermarket sales of marine systems and services in partnership with specialist product teams Develop and deliver sales strategies tailored to a customer base within the UK & Ireland Act as the key relationship manager for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded Provide expert support in lifecycle management, maintenance planning, and system conversions Negotiate and manage service agreements and long-term contracts Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance reviews Liaise closely with internal departments, including operations, engineering, and marketing Champion continuous improvement in sales processes and customer engagement Attend client meetings and industry events across the UK & Ireland Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Marine or Maritime Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a similar technical discipline Solid technical background with experience in the maritime or marine engineering sector Familiarity with marine mechanical systems, automation, or control technologies is desirable Demonstrated success in technical sales, account management, or a similar commercial role Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships Committed to delivering high levels of customer satisfaction
