**What is the Job all about?**
The Aftermarket Sales Manager for Grundfos’s Commercial Building Services (CBS) Division is responsible for driving profitable growth across seven key markets: Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Australia, New Zealand, Vietnam, and the Philippines. This role leads to the development and execution of targeted sales strategies for the Aftermarket segment within the commercial building sector, with full accountability for regional Profit & Loss (P&L) performance, channel management, Direct Sales and sales development.
The position requires leading a high-performing sales team, optimizing both channel partner and direct sales approaches, and championing Grundfos’s portfolio of advanced, energy-efficient pump solutions for water supply and wastewater management. The role is pivotal in strengthening the market presence, enhancing customer value, and delivering sustainable business results.
**Your main responsibilities:**
+ **Business Profitability Management**
+ Full ownership of the Area’s P&L within the Aftermarket CBS division, ensuring profitable revenue growth and financial targets are achieved.
+ Monitor budgets, optimize cost structures, and allocate resources efficiently to maximize profitability.
+ Implement strategies to improve profit margins while maintaining high customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
+ Provide regular financial reports, forecasts, and performance insights to regional and global management.
+ **Sales Development**
+ Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
+ Lead sales development efforts with key stakeholders, including Facilities Management company, Esco, Service partner, and channel sales partner.
+ Provide technical support and present value propositions tailored to the needs of stakeholders to secure early-stage commitments.
+ Establish Grundfos as a preferred partner by building strong relationships and demonstrating the company’s expertise in sustainable and energy-efficient solutions.
+ **Channel Management and Direct Sales**
+ Channel Partner Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, ensuring alignment with Grundfos’s objectives and profitable growth strategies.
+ Direct Sales: Create and implement strategies to engage directly with Key End user, Facilities Management company.
+ Monitor and evaluate the performance of channel partners and direct sales efforts, optimizing market coverage and profitability.
+ Align channel and direct sales strategies to deliver seamless customer experiences and maximize market penetration.
+ **Market and Business Growth Insights**
+ Analyze market trends, project pipelines, and competitor activities to identify pre-tender opportunities and profitable growth areas.
+ Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to enhance sales effectiveness and market positioning.
+ Collaborate with marketing, product management, and regional teams to align promotional efforts and product launches that meet market needs.
+ **Team Leadership and Headcount Management**
+ Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing sales team focused on pre-tender engagement, profitable growth, and customer retention in the commercial building services sector.
+ Set clear performance goals, mentor team members, and ensure accountability to achieve individual and team targets.
+ Plan headcount and resource allocation strategically to support growth while ensuring cost efficiency.
+ Foster a collaborative, customer-focused culture aligned with Grundfos’s values of sustainability, innovation, and quality.
**Your background:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
+ Minimum of 5 years of relative experience
+ Experience of international sales and global markets
+ Excellent communication skills (both English and Korean Language)
+ Experience of working in multinational company with multiple stakeholders.
+ Strong ability to influence others.
+ Possess a great understanding of the best practices and relevant business practices within Sales Development.
