Cleaver Brooks Sales and Service is looking for an Aftermarket Product Line Manager to join our team. Reporting to the VP Sales, the Aftermarket Product Line Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the aftermarket parts sales department including but not limited to oversight of the aftermarket sales staff, order processing, parts sourcing and customer service. This role will be responsible for growing aftermarket parts sales volumes across all product lines of Cleaver Brooks. The Aftermarket Product Line Manager will identify and understand the total market for this product line, prepare revenue budgets and identify areas for growth and/or threats, maintain the product line business plan as well as oversee the day to day sales operations for the product line. The Aftermarket Product Line Manager will also be responsible for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Essential functions:
Parts Sourcing & Ordering:
Work closely with Cleaver Brooks internal sourcing to understand financial, operational and supply chain issues related to sourcing, ordering and delivering of OEM and 3rd party after market parts. Continuously work to improve order to close processes for aftermarket salesSales, Customer Service & Support:
Working with and with direction from VP Sales, analyze the aftermarket parts market; identify CBSS’ present market position and set goals for market share growth; develop and execute plan to reach goals to establish CBSS’ name as the premier provider of aftermarket parts in the region. Working with direct reports, collaboratively research customer needs through available resources to instigate ordering behaviors from potential customers Provide exceptional customer service by causing direct reports to respond to inquiries regarding parts availability, order status, and technical support. Work with outside sales teams to “cross pollinate” after market parts sales into their everyday tasksTeam Management:
Supervise, train, and develop the parts department sales team. Performance Management Disciplinary processes as needed Ensure all parts personnel adhere to company policies and procedures. Foster a team-oriented, innovative and entrepreneurial environment with a focus on exceeding company goals.Budgeting & Reporting:
Report on monthly sales against budget expectations In collaboration with the VP Sales, prepare and manage the parts department budget Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, sales performance, and any issues related to parts availability. Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements for department processes and cost controlOperational Efficiency:
Optimize the use of the company's parts management software and ensure data integrity Continuously review and improve parts operations to increase efficiency and reduce lead times as well as optimizing aftermarket parts inventory levels to maximize returnsBasic Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus.
Experience:
5+ years of experience in parts management, preferably in an industrial, commercial, or mechanical setting. Experience in the HVAC or Auto Industry would be a plus Experience with order processing software. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities. Basic knowledge of Cleaver-Brooks products, boiler systems, and related parts is highly desirable.Physical Skill & Effort:
Ability to lift and carry parts up to 50 lbs. Comfortable with standing, walking, or moving around in a warehouse setting for extended periods.Working Conditions and Hazards: Normal office conditions. From time to time, slightly disagreeable features. Negligible/little or no exposure to hazardous conditions or materials
