Aftermarket Parts Operations Manager

Your goal is to ensure optimal product availability and relevance for our diverse customer base, including Dealer Service Lane, Quick Lane, Fleet, Special Markets, and Wholesale customers, while maximizing financial performance. You will leverage a comprehensive set of key levers to create and implement these initiatives, including dynamic Pricing, impactful National Offers, seamless New Product Introductions, strategic Marketing Supplier Subvention, precise Channel Focus, effective Training programs, discerning Brand Selection, and meticulous SKU Category Optimization. Beyond these, you will also be instrumental in exploring and integrating new business models, digital solutions, and partnerships to expand market reach, enhance customer value, and future-proof our aftermarket offerings. **What you'll do…** + Manage the parts cycle plan + Evaluate Market Suppliers with Purchasing to identify the optimal solution and business model + Meet sales objectives and drive market penetration + Project Manage the Product Launch RACI for all new product launches + Establish pricing inputs based on market evaluation + Conduct post-launch on-going analysis + Manage all support functions requirements with delivery i.e. PS&L, SEO, Manufacturing, Finance **You'll have...** **Minimum Requirements:** + Bachelor's degree in business administration with a deep understanding of product development. Supply chain and or marketing will be bonus. + 7 -10+ years with OEM or aftersales parts supplier who understands the complexities of product development, manufacturing, global supply chains and dealer and distributor networks. + 25% Travel within the United States + Strong organizational skills to manage multiple complex projects and deliver superior results on a timely basis + Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills to deliver major projects and develop team Ford OS behaviors + Strong written & verbal skills to prepare, present, & communicate project status and results regularly + Strong decision-making skills + Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint You may not check every box, or your experience may look a little different from what we've outlined, but if you think you can bring value to Ford Motor Company, we encourage you to apply!
