Customer Service Representative
This individual acts as the primary customer interface for day to day administrative and order processing activities. They develop and maintain close working relationships with external planners and procurement agents and are the conduit for communications as a representative of the company.
Functions and Responsibilities
+ Enters and acknowledges customer orders, amendments and changes. Preparation and scanning of transactional data for uploading. Supports requests for expedites and manages schedule conflicts.
+ Works closely with Program Managers on entering and managing detailed order requirements.
+ Directly handles and communicates Accounts Receivables issues directly with the customer in support of Finance.
+ Tracks delivery and quality performance, maintains and monitors customer metrics and manages discrepancies.
+ Maintains and coordinates close working relationships via daily communications with Supply Chain Analysts and prioritizes customer requirements with production control.
+ Downloads and manages customer internet scheduling / forecasting tools and works closely with Production Control to align customer demand. Retains administrator responsibilities on major customer Internet portals
+ This is a non-supervisory position, typically requiring an Associate’s Degree and / or 3-5 years’ experience.
+ Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills required.
+ Attention to details and accuracy are position critical.
+ Computer skills and knowledge are a pre-requisite.

The wage range for this role considers allowances for a number of factors, including but not limited to required experience, skill level, prior training, licensure/certifications, education and other business needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $26.70-$33.37/hourly
