**Country:** Thailand **Location:** Carrier (Thailand) Limited, 1858/63-74 Interlink Tower, Debaratna Road, Bangna Tai, Bangna Bangkok 10260, Thailand **Role Responsibilities:** + Utilize knowledge of HVAC systems to provide solution-based offerings during tender stage. + Collaborate with sales and operations teams to identify improvements in solution offerings. + Assist to prepare competitive quotations and proposals to secure new deals. + Focus on educating customers on energy efficiency and decarbonization initiatives. + Stay updated on industry trends and advancements related to energy-efficient HVAC solutions. + Ensure profitability of projects by considering cost factors in the design strategies. + Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and after-sales service. + Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. + Maintain accurate and up-to-date reports for project interactions. + Provide regular reports and updates to management on progress and achievements. + Maintain a dotted reporting line to the business line Managers for effective coordination and communication between customer segments. **Minimum Requirements:** + Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or other engineer relate must be required + Have 2-5 years experience, preferably in HVAC system would be advantage + Have knowledge the energy conservation management must be required + Good interpersonal skill, service-minded and customer oriented + Good command of English and presentation skill + Able to understand and use MS Office software such as Words, Excel and PowerPoint + Have own car with valid driving license **Carrier is An Equal** **Opportunity/Affirmative** **Action Employer.
