RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

1. Mainly responsible for the installation, commissioning, technical training, maintenance and upgrade of all liquid cooling products related to the company;

2.Be familiar with the maintenance and commissioning of other valves related to HVAC, such as balance valves, differential pressure valves, butterfly valves, gate valves, water control valves and check valves. Give priority to the maintenance and commissioning of balance valves and differential pressure valves. Those with experience in electronic control actuator products are preferred.

3.Provide after-sales and pre-sale technical services for various valve products to customers, collect and feedback product quality information;

4.Cooperate with business personnel to collect, organize and feedback customer product information, failure rate data and other materials.

5.Keep good maintenance records, information feedback forms and after-sales service reports, and be responsible for their accuracy at the same time.

6.Take good care of the drawings, tools, instruments and meters, materials and prototypes that have been collected.

7.Do a good job in the information transmission of the company's after-sales policies and documents to customers.

8.Establish the professional image of Watts Company and ensure that its reputation is not infringed upon.

9.As well as other tasks assigned by the leader.

EDUCATION:

College degree or above. Candidates with rich experience may be given some leniency

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. At least 3 years of working experience in a related industry. Those with a background in the liquid cooling industry are preferred (able to adapt to frequent business trips).

2.Good communication skills and language expression ability.

4.Good teamwork spirit and collaboration skills.

5.Be proactive and hardworking at work, and possess good professional ethics.

6.Be familiar with the operation of office software.
