Responsibilities 1) Division Regional Business Development: a. Look for customer opty. and conduct market visits to understand customer needs and tailor solutions b. Develop local customers. Deliver sales target and drive long-term partnerships c. Coordinate relevant solutions and resources with cross-functional team d. Monitor and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets e. Regular customer meeting for customer engagement and bosst higher sales 2) National Accounts Support: a. Collaborate with national account teams for forecast, delivery, and customer service b. Resolve operational issues and facilitate communication between Division and national levels c. Implement local execution and initiatives to boost customer engagement 3) New Business Model Development Support: a. Proactively explore innovative business models and sales approaches b. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to input on sales playbooks Qualifications •Strong understanding of China FMCG industry and new channels opty. •Rich experience in AFH; Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing accounts •Strong & persuasive communication skills, influencing &collaboration skills •Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Differentiating Competencies Required: •Action biased and result oriented mindset •Strategic thinking with top-down and longer term perspectives •Leadership and influencing skills to implement in a complex environment
