The Affluent Banking General Management team is responsible for designing and enhancing deposit products within the Chase Consumer Bank. The team focuses on bolstering Chase’s value propositions and improving customer experiences through industry-leading solutions for affluent clients. This role is critical in assisting with delivering a compelling offering and seamless customer experience for this high-priority segment.
As an Affluent Product Senior Associate within the Consumer Bank Affluent team, you will assist in managing deposit products and support day-to-day product management activities. You will focus on product feature monitoring, understanding feature utilization, and assisting with product enhancements to deliver a compelling offering and seamless customer experience for our affluent clients.
Job responsibilities
Assist in the management of Affluent banking products and support incremental enhancements Monitor existing product features’ utilization rates and assist in understanding the P&L impact of the features Support the analysis of fraud trends and their impact on P&L, and assist in advising on potential alternative approaches to mitigate risks. Collaborate with the CCB product ecosystem by developing partnerships with Firmwide Core Deposits Platform team and other partners Support the development of a short-term deposit product roadmap and assist in driving enhancements Assist in advising internal team members and partners across the firm on facts about the product Help distill actionable insights from quantitative, qualitative, market, customer, and competitor analyses Maintain and update product-related content and communications Support day-to-day product development interactions such as project planning and meetings Serve as a liaison with other product owners across lines of businesses to ensure goals and requirements are communicated and understood by stakeholders Adhere to risk & controls rules, policies, and regulations associated with product, pricing, risk, and customer management
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
4+ years of financial services product or project management experience Strong project management, problem-solving, and time management skills Excellent interpersonal skills – ability to build strong relationships with colleagues Strong communication skills; ability to speak effectively to groups of clients and constituents Analytical skills, including financial analysis Ability to work within a team environment and drive accountability for personal goals Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

4+ years of banking experience preferred
