We are seeking an Affinity Business Process Analyst/Expert to drive operational excellence across the region. This role will be based in Warsaw, Poland, and will be a hybrid position.

We will count on you to:

Drive operational support for management teams, focusing on continuous improvement of efficiency and quality

Engage proactively with stakeholders at all levels to communicate progress, address challenges, and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.

Coordinate projects across geographies, sharing best practices to achieve operational excellence

Analyze findings from ad-hoc reports and presentations, and propose actionable recommendations

Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to monitor progress and measure impact.

What you need to have:

Proven experience in business process mapping and re-engineering, ideally within highly regulated industries such as banking, insurance, or pharma

Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization, incl. senior executives.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.

Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis to drive decision-making and process improvements.

Proficiency in English (C1).
