Affiliate Solutions Consultant, Anywhere Franchise Brands, Solutions HUB The **Affiliate Solutions Consultant** for Anywhere Franchise Brands helps franchise owners, their teams, and support staff to operate efficiently and successfully within the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, Century 21, Coldwell Banker, Coldwell Banker Commercial, and ERA franchise systems. The Affiliate Solutions Consultant, Anywhere Franchise Brands, plays a crucial role in supporting franchise owners and their management and staff teams. This position involves a variety of responsibilities, including, but not limited to: This position is 100% remote. **Responsibilities:** + Lead project management and oversee daily operations for Customer Care and the Global Referral Network across all five mass market brands. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, energetic, and results-driven, with a strong focus on leveraging AI and identifying operational efficiencies to enhance program performance. + Participate in outbound calling campaigns. The Affiliate Solutions Consultant will support outbound campaigns on behalf of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, Century 21, Coldwell Banker, Coldwell Banker Commercial and ERA franchise systems. Calling campaign topics will vary but may include brand-specific campaigns, broad support of program rollouts, individual company outreach on key business requirements (e.g., compliance) and more. The Affiliate Support Consultant will execute calling campaigns at the direction of the Lead Outbound Affiliate Solutions Consultant. + The Affiliate Solutions Consultant will also have a broad understanding of the specific key products, programs and systems offered by Anywhere Franchise Brands and facilitate consultations on those topics as needed. In addition to recording all their interactions via Zendesk, Outbound Affiliate Solutions Consultants will be periodically asked to provide campaign reporting and feedback to Brand teams, product teams and Anywhere executives, among other groups.
