Affiliate Marketing Lead, North America

Nomad, powered by LotusFlare, is transforming how the world connects through best-in-class eSIM technology. We're looking for a performance-driven Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Lead to scale our affiliate and creator programs across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.

You’ll set the blueprint in the U.S.,our largest market,  and scale best practices across Europe and Asia through regional managers. You will be responsible for strategy, operations, and growth of this acquisition channel, overseeing systems, partnerships, and campaign performance globally. This role sits at the heart of Nomad’s acquisition engine, blending brand, data, and partnerships.

What You’ll Do

Own global affiliate & influencer marketing strategy and roadmapBuild and optimize the U.S. program as the foundational model for global rolloutManage and mentor Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Managers in Europe and Asia-Pacific, driving consistency and local adaptationDevelop scalable systems for tracking, attribution, payouts, and performanceCollaborate with global brand, product, and growth teams to align on promo calendarsSet creative and operational guidelines for local influencer partnershipsManage budgets and agency/vendor relationships across marketsAnalyze global KPIs — ROAS, CAC, conversion rate — and provide strategic recommendationsEnsure regional compliance and brand alignment in partnership execution

Who You Are

5–8 years experience in affiliate or performance partnership marketing, preferably in a global capacityProven success building or scaling affiliate/influencer programs in the U.S., North America, or other mature marketsExperience managing and mentoring regional affiliate/influencer managers or teamsFamiliarity with platforms like Impact, Adjust, and GA4Able to lead cross-functional initiatives and guide remote teamsStrong analytical skills and business judgmentBonus: Experience in consumer tech, travel, telecom, or marketplaces

Proven success driving regional or global growth and scaling affiliate/influencer programs across multiple marketsDeep familiarity with major global and regional affiliate and influencer platforms/networksExtensive experience managing and activating multi-market agency partners and large creator networksStrong understanding of cross-border compliance, payments, and international legal frameworksFluency in one or more regional languages beyond English preferred but not required
