**Job Description:**
**1. Overall responsibilities**
Responsible for all Aesthetics&Reconstruction marketing and sales activities to achieve the EMEA business' objectives. Full P&L Responsibility for the platform. Ensures marketing and sales efforts maximize returns on assets while achieving Aesthetics&Reconstruction strategic goals. Develops different business models, aligned with global strategies, that hold regional and local relevance to ensure success with a focus on critical business priorities, talent, and culture plans to grow the business.
**2. Position duties and responsibilities**
+ Ensures strong alignment of EMEA Aesthetics&Reconstruction strategic priorities to Aesthetics&Reconstruction Global Business Unit imperatives, driving execution of these priorities across the region.
+ Directs and coordinates critical processes across EMEA related to business planning, marketing planning, portfolio management, life cycle management, market research, business performance tracking including P&L monitoring of the business units and geographies, product launch execution, and multichannel marketing.
+ Lead the implementation of world-class new product launches within EMEA, ensuring strategic alignment and a rigorous application of NPL processes and metrics to achieve sales and share growth targets.
+ Develops and directs/influences activities for the EMEA Aesthetics&Reconstruction marketing and sales organization in accomplishing goals, objectives and strategies within business policies.
+ Responsible for developing best-in-class marketing and sales teams with strong proficiency of skills, diverse experiences.
+ Establishes marketing and sales priorities across the region, aligned with global expectations.
+ Assesses marketing and sales opportunities through appropriate research.
+ Cultivates a close working relationship with associated departments, providing clear communication of new product and product improvement needs to help facilitate a smooth efficient new product development process, strictly following LEX.
+ Develops strong relationships with key customers and opinion leaders, medical associations, public authorities.
+ Develops the annual marketing and sales plans and directs staff in achievement of the objectives.
+ Prepares and oversees the marketing and sales budget and regular sales forecast revisions.
+ Provide guidance for the MTP plan on Market trends and NPIs expectations.
+ Directs and plans changes in the marketing and sales organization required for achievement of marketing and sales objectives.
+ Holds accountability for business results at EMEA Aesthetics&Reconstruction business unit level and drives the relevant reporting activities for EMEA Aesthetics&Reconstruction at the Global Aesthetics&Reconstruction Business Unit level.
+ Ensures Health Care Compliance and integrity principles are championed and actively practiced at every level of the organization.
+ Lead Implementation of Aesthetics&Reconstruction EMEA strategy in Distributor Markets.
+ Develop and implement Distributor engagement strategy for EMEA.
+ Lifecycle management of distributor partnerships across EMEA. Supporting local markets in acquisition, relationship management and exit.
+ Leadership of annual commercial planning process with distributor partners which will drive profitable revenue and volume growth in line with Aesthetics&Reconstruction strategic goals
+ Lead price review processes and regularly review financial performance to ensure deliver
**3. Extended duties**
Quantifies and ensures the quality, timeliness and cost-effective manner in which marketing programs are implemented. Allocates marketing resources behind the strategic imperatives to maximize impact. Coordinates product launch activities. Creates and directs communications, research and public relations plans to support the strategic plan. Develops and ensures adherence to annual budget.
Partner with the Education team to make sure the education tactics are aligned to the strategic execution across countries. Conducts business activities in compliance with ethics and legal requirements.
Manage centrally any Trading Company present in the region with direct connection with Global.

+ BA/BS required
**Further Education:**
MBA preferred
**Experience*:**
+ Minimum of 15 years of leadership experience with continuous & proven track record in both marketing and sales roles.
+ Knowledge of the healthcare or medical device environment
+ Leadership of sizeable, diverse organization with track record of recruiting, developing and retaining talent
+ Market development or value/demand creation through experience with customer and market insights or through experience in marketing or other critical functions (e.g., sales, operations, R&D, finance, business development, etc.)
