Job Requirements

Work on the stress Assessment for Aircraft wing components concessions. a. An aircraft wing component includes skin, stringers, Front/Rear spars, Wing box ribs, Leading edge assembly and trailing edge assembly. 2. Understand the standards and working procedures applicable in concessions. 3. To prepare the Stress Justification report it include both static and Fatigue Analysis. 4. Identify the non-conformance of concessions from Stress point of view and to solve the same. 5. Study previous solutions for clearing the non-conformance with appropriate solution and with good quality. 6. Under guidance of customer, work in high complex concessions. 7. To prepare the stress assessment report for concessions. 8. Coordinate with design assessment team for design solution verifications. 9. Ensuring the structural integrity of any remedial actions. 10. Reporting critical technical issues up through functional management. 11. Supporting on-going continuous improvement initiatives to increase team efficiency through methods, process and other capability improvements. 12. Has to resolve all offshore technical queries by interacting with various functional groups such as design office, stress office and shop floor
