The Boeing Company is seeking an Aeronautical Systems Integration & Test (ASIT) Test Capability Integrator to join our team, in Berkeley, Missouri. This position will be an ASIT technical leadership role supporting the development and integration of test assets, real-time software test environments, subsystem/system testing and evaluation of system performance in simulation lab environments. This role will enable the Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) organization and our ASIT Capability to continue advancement of its VMS technologies in support of the Air Dominance portfolio (AvionX, MQ-25, F-15, F/A-18, T-7A and others).

This role will represent the ASIT team in interactions with the various programs supported – as well as supporting internal development efforts. Familiarity with estimating, schedules, budgets, risk management, and project planning is vital to success in this role. Diplomacy also is essential as we need to maintain honest, positive, and supportive relationships with our business partners – and within our team. The role will also inform BT&E Test Program Management of the status of work within the program as well as highlight potential risks, issues and opportunities.

They will support the development of solutions to a wide range of complex problems that require ingenuity and innovation.

Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Associate and Mid-Level Aeronautical Systems Integration & Test (ASIT) Test Capability Integrators.

Position Responsibilities:

Leads, develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains integrated plans and schedules for complex projects, programs and change driven activities in accordance with project management industry

Assist the BT&E Test Program Manager in executing cost, technical and schedule management

Ensure requirements and resource needs are known so that Execution of tests, according to established procedures, adhere to safe and high-quality standards

Serve as a project leader responsible for establishing and overseeing cost and schedule performance baselines

Lead key elements of the Enterprise Standard Gated Process & Technical Design Review Process (e.g. System Requirements Review, Preliminary Design Review, and Critical Design Review)

Identifies risk and opportunity potential, develops mitigation plans

Drive daily execution of team-based project tasks to ensure technical, cost and schedules are met

Coordinates commitments with internal and external stakeholders

Create templates and instructions to support future test capability integration engineers

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science

2+ years of experience within project leadership including planning, implementing and executing program plans

2+ years of experience with risk, issue and opportunity management principles and tools, and the ability to apply them in various situations

2+ years of direct project management experience in technical product development environments

1+ years of project management experience supporting development and integration of a complex system (technical and programmatic)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Level 3: 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

1+ years of CAM/EVM experience

4+ years of direct project management experience in technical product development environments

4+ years of project management experience supporting development and integration of a complex system (technical and programmatic)

Experience with lab test system integration and development

Project leadership experience leading a multi-disciplined team in managing technical performance, cost and schedule for the design and development of a complete end-to-end product development life cycle

Project engineering experience utilizing Project Management Best Practices and the Boeing Enterprise Standard Gated Process

Summary Pay Range for Associate level (Level 2): $79,900 – $108,100

Summary Pay Range for Mid-level (Level 3):  $95,200 – $128,800
