We are seeking an experienced Aerial Lineman Foreman to join our team in our Denver, CO office. In this role, you will provide leadership and direction for daily operations across all construction and field service functions.

Strive to provide the best customer experience every dayInstall and/or repair aerial cable TV (CATV) coaxial and fiber cablePlace, relocate, and remove poles, lines, open wires, drops and block wires to maintain efficient operation of the customer’s facilitiesSets up safety perimeter using signage, cones, and safety barriersLead Groundman in daily work to safely complete jobs and monitor and document productionDirect traffic in accordance with local Department of Transportation (DOT) guidelines as necessary Requirements 3+ years of experience working with telecommunications aerial plant, placing maintaining and completing maintenance in accordance with NESC safety guidelines Must provide a valid government-issued photo ID for verification; a driver’s license is required if the role involves driving - CDL a plus!Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprintsStrong knowledge and understanding of OSHA safety requirements and ability to enforce through training and practice Familiar with NESC (National Electrical Safety Commission) safety guidelines Ability to safely climb poles with climbing equipment with the ability to trainAbility to travel daily, open to a variety of schedules, participate in on-call evenings and weekends as needed, throughout all seasons.
