AEM Technical Support Specialist

Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AEM Assets, Sites, and DAM-related issues.
Serve as the technical point of contact for AEM platform-related incidents, service requests, and enhancements.
Coordinate with offshore support and delivery team, ensuring timely resolution of tickets, quality of deliverables, and adherence to SLAs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless support and delivery.
Analyze and resolve complex technical problems, including performance issues, integration challenges, and content delivery concerns.
Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and support runbooks
Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including AEM Assets, Sites, and DAM.
Understanding of AEM architecture, components, templates, workflows, and integrations.
Proven experience in technical troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance tuning.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (e.g., Git), and deployment tools would be nice to have
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
