**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Senior AEM Front-End Developer** to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end development and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), with the ability to lead a team, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and deliver high-quality, responsive web applications.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
+ Collaborate with developers, architects, and UX/UI designers to build responsive web applications.
+ Design and implement solutions using AEM 6.5, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Java.
+ Lead discovery workshops to gather and refine customer requirements.
+ Optimize AEM components for performance across various devices and browsers.
+ Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team.
+ Represent the development team in client meetings and ensure successful sprint deliveries.
+ Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and quality initiatives.
+ Develop responsive, content-managed websites that function seamlessly across devices.
+ Write unit and UI automation tests to ensure code quality.
+ Deliver applications based on wireframes, mockups, or client specifications.
+ Address cross-browser compatibility issues effectively.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
+ 7+ years of experience in front-end development.
+ 5+ years of hands-on experience with AEM development and team leadership.
+ Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
+ Strong understanding of AEM frameworks and technologies (Sling, CRX, OSGi, JCR).
+ Experience developing AEM components, templates, dialogs, and workflows.
+ Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
+ Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Salary Transparency**

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
