Overview The Jr. Legal Counsel will be focused on providing legal support to commercial, marketing, and technology teams, with an emphasis on contract review and legal marketing guidance. The role is ideal for a lawyer who is curious, analytical, and business-oriented, eager to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Responsibilities Contract Management Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements including service, media, licensing, and influencer contracts. Legal Advisory and Support Act as a legal advisor to internal teams, particularly marketing and commercial, with a preventive and business-aligned approach. Collaborate with senior lawyers in developing legal strategies and advisory memos. Legal Research Conduct thorough legal research on applicable laws, regulations, and case law. Legal Operations and Document Management Assist in managing deadlines and maintaining accurate legal documentation. Compliance and Internal Governance Support compliance initiatives, internal policies, and employee training sessions. Qualifications • Active OAB registration. • Law degree (LL.B or equivalent).. • Up to 3 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department with a focus on contracts or advisory. • Ability to work independently and adapt to shifting priorities. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Intermediate to advanced English. • Excellent communication skills, especially with non-legal teams.
